Suzanne (Mauro) Mantei, 77, of Bristol passed away November 20, 2024 at the Bristol Hospital.

She was born in Brooklyn , NY on March 6, 1947 the daughter of the late Vincent and Alice (Bradley) Mauro. Survived by her husband Kenneth Mantei.

Besides her husband she is survived by her children, Paulyne Cyr of Bristol and Laura Brzozowski and husband Bill of Ellsworth, Maine, son, William Cyr and wife Laura of Wallingford Ct. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Thomas Cyr, who passed away in 2001. She also had her 4 cats who she loved dearly.

Suzanne worked at The Hartford Insurance Company for several years where she retired. She was a member of American Legion Post # 2 where she enjoyed playing bingo and Keno and had many friends there. She also enjoyed going to the senior center painting and doing ceramics.

The family would like to thank her best friend Joanne Ronalter for being there for her and her family.

A celebration will be held at a later date.The Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St. Bristol is in charge of the arrangements.
