Shawn M. Gallant

    Shawn M. Gallant, 51, died on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at The Hebrew Home in West Hartford after a brief illness.

   Shawn was born on April 19, 1969 in Meriden, son of Margaret “Peggy” Gallant of Plantsville and the late Eugene “Gene” Gallant.

   He was formerly employed with the New Britain Transportation Company and he enjoyed Nascar Racing

   In addition to his devoted mother, Shawn is survived by a son Michael Gallant of  Middletown, his sister April and her husband Brian "BJ" Nadeau of Wolcott, and his nephews , Brian Jr.& Justin.  Besides his father he was predeceased by his brother James Gallant.
