Ronald J. Witkoski

Ronald Witkoski, 67, passed away January 25, 2025, at his home.

Ron was born on April 27, 1957, the son of the late Edward J. Witkoski, Jr. and Dorothy E. (Simms) Witkoski. 

He worked for The City of Hartford Police Department as a System Analyst for 22 years, retiring in 2003. 

Ron was an avid Golfer and a member of Pequabuck Golf Club serving on the Board of Directors and numerous committees. Ron enjoyed the  comradery of the club, his second family. He was an avid sports fan and committed to the Boston Red Sox. His kind heart and quick “wit” will be greatly missed; he always found a way to make you laugh.

He is survived by his, Fiancé Judith Plawecki-Dick with whom he lived with, a brother, Gerald Witkoski and fiancé Kym Gill of MA, 2 Nephews, Jordan and Ryan. He is now reunited with “Sonny” dog, who he missed dearly.

Friend may call at Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St. Bristol on Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 10:00 am UNTIL 12 Noon.  A celebration of life will be held in the spring at Pequabuck Golf Club.
