Michael Anthony Stolfi
Michael Stolfi, 46, of Bristol passed away Friday, May 14, 2010, at Hartford Hospital. Michael was born in Waterbury Nov. 5, 1963, the son of Earla (Hamon) Pelletier and her husband, Steven, and the late Peter Stolfi.
Michael was a valued employee of Nationwide Conveyor Specialists for the past 10 years. He held a Connecticut journeyman conveyor installation license to install and service conveyors and airport baggage handling systems. He was instrumental on several projects including the U.S. and the Caribbean.
Besides his mother and stepfather he is survived by his son, Vinnie Stolfi of Bristol; sisters, Colleen Little of California, Susan and her husband, Mark Paparello, and Gail and her husband, Michael Paparello, of Deland, Fla.; nieces, Ashley Paparello of Bristol and Alexia Little; nephews, Edward Little of California, Ryan Testa of Bristol, Mark Paparello of Bristol and Christopher Stolfi of Deland, Fla.; stepsisters, Tami and her husband, Keith Thorpe, and Jodi and her husband, Will Dosias, both of Bristol; great-niece and great-nephew, Emily and Joseph Paparello. He was the godfather of Heather Michaud of Bristol and Allison DeVoe of Naugatuck. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Michael is walking with Jesus now. He will be sorrowfully missed, never forgotten and always loved. Friends may call at Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
