John A. (Jack) Kilduff
John A. (Jack) Kilduff, 90, of 76 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, passed away, Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011, at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. Jack was born in Bristol on Jan. 26, 1921, the son of the late John M. and Elizabeth (Dwyer) Kilduff. He was a veteran in World War II serving in the Army. He worked for City of Bristol for over 25 years as a firemen on Engine 1, retiring as a captain in 1973. He was a member of St. Joseph Church. He was a life member of Pequabuck Golf Club, where he was a member for over 60 years. He loved to play and he enjoyed walking the course to find lost golf balls. He also belonged to Central CT Golf Association. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at 11 a.m., at St. Joseph Church. Friends may call at Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol, on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private in St. Mary's Cemetery, in New Britain. www.dunnfh.com.
