Joanne Barbara Davies

Joanne (Barbara (Gotzmer) Davies, 83, wife of the late Barry Davies passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 12, 2021.

Born in Alameda, CA on October 3, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Bruno and Bernice (Carfield) Gotzmer. She worked as a nurses aid for the VNA for many years and was a carrier for the Hartford Courant. Joanne had a feisty personality. She loved to read and care for her many pets.
She is survived by two daughters Gianne Cerasoli of FL, Elizabeth Davies who lived with and cared for her, a son Burk Davies of AZ. She also leaves a brother Gerald Gotzmer, a sister Penny Gotzmer, three grandchildren Amanda, Matt, Ashley, and two great grandchildren Cali and Adalee.
