Jennie (Ozirsky) Nicoletti, 83, of 111 Hull St., Bristol, passed away peacefully under the exemplary care of the compassionate staff at The Pines of Bristol, Friday, April 29, 2011. She was the widow of Paul Nicoletti. Jennie was born in Bristol on July 21, 1927, the son of the late Stanley and Mary (Gnutek) Ozirsky. She was a lifetime resident of Bristol and graduated from Bristol School system. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Church, Ladies Guild and the Golden Agers of the church. She was an avid bowler and a bingo enthusiast. Her ceramics gifts were enjoyed by many family members. She was employed by Superior Electric Co. for several years. She was a devoted wife, mother and beloved grandmother to three daughters, Terri Morin of Wakefield, R.I., Donna Nicoletti of Sausalito, Calif. and Karen Nicoletti of Barkhamsted; two brothers, Stanley Ozirsky of Bristol and Mitchell Ozirsky of Florida; two sisters, Helen Dombrowski of Winsted and Marie Quistberg of Harwinton; three granddaughters, Rae, Jade and Gia Nicoletti; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m., from Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol, to St. Stanislaus Church for a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St Joseph Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Donor's choice. www.dunnfh.com
