Frederic H. Sturgeon, 61, of 53 Cypress St., Bristol, passed way Friday, Dec. 30, 2005 at Bristol Hospital, he was the husband of Margarite "Marge" (Esten) Sturgeon. Frederic was born in Bristol on Oct. 14, 1944, the son of the late Frederick A. and Mildred G. (Corcoran) Sturgeon. He lived in Bristol his whole life and loved his cats, the Yankees and was an avid coin collector. He worked for BW Mfg. Co. for several years, before he worked at Bussmann Mfg. Co. for 28 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, John F. Sturgeon and his wife, Dawn, and Michael D. Sturgeon; a brother, John F. Corcoran; and three grandchildren, Jackie, Wayne and Bridget. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 11 a.m. at Bristol Baptist Church. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
