Frances Massaro Krauchalis, 95, passed from her earthly life to enter eternal life Thursday, May 21, 2015. Born in Waterbury, Connecticut, a daughter of the late Frank and Angelina (Delfino) Massaro. Living most of her life in Bristol, and working at Harvest Bakery and Netties Dress Shop. In 1952, she married her husband Walter, and enjoyed her life as a homemaker until his passing in 2011. Frances had a special love for babies and children.
She leaves her brother Daniel and his wife, Mary Alice of Bristol, her sister Rose Papa and her husband, Mario, of Las Vegas and a sister in law, Theresa Massaro of Southington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews: Francis and Susan Massaro of Southington, Patricia and Doug Fellows of East Hampton, Kathy and Rick Lamothe of Bristol, Daniel Massaro Jr., of Bristol, Rick Lamothe of Bristol, Raymond Massaro of Bristol, Gina Papa of CA., Mark and Richard Papa o! f Las Vegas, Sandra and Leo Therrien of Farmington, Angela and Lee DiFillippi of Farmington, Debbie and Mark Roberts of Southington, Donna and Jack McBride of Southington, and Amy and Dave Pieper of North haven. She also leaves many grandnieces and grandnephews. Frances was predeceased by her brothers, James, Nicholas and his wife Julia, and Dominic and his wife Felicia.
A Funeral Liturgy to celebrate her life will be Tuesday, May 26, 11 AM in Saint Anthony Church, 111 School Street, Bristol. Interment will follow at Saint Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Friends and relatives may visit with her family for Calling Hours, Tuesday morning, 9:30 to 10:30,at Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West Street, Bristol, CT
