Aubrey R. Nash

Wolcott, Aubrey R. Nash, Jr., 87, of Wolcott passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at The Hartford Hospital. He was the husband of Jean (Ball) Nash.

He was born April 21, 1929 in Elgood, West Virginia the son of the late Aubrey and Irene (Neeley) Nash, Sr..

Aubrey worked for the former Ross Welding Company in Bristol and then worked for over 30 years at The Carpenter Company as a welder retiring in 1995. He was a member of Jacklin Rod & Gun Club.

Besides his wife he is survived by 2 sons, Mark E. Nash and David A. Nash both of Bristol; two daughters, Robin T. Nash of Wolcott and Karen N. Mirkin and her husband, Scott of Stamford, a brother, Frank Nash of West Virginia a sister, Billie Morrow of Florida, 1 grandson, Harrison Mirkin.

He was predeceased by a son, Michael W. Nash.

Friends may call at Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St. Bristol on Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00 Noon. Burial will take place in West Virginia at a later date.
