Anna Matrazzo

Bristol - Mrs. Anna (Lacolla) Matrazzo, 97, of Bristol passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 9, 2023 at the Bristol Hospital. She was the widow of Joseph S. Matrazzo who passed away in 1996.

Anna was born in Bristol on March 21, 1926 the daughter of the late Ignazio and Rose M. (Urso) Lacolla.
Anna was a devoted communicant of St. Anthony’s Church. She worked as an cafeteria employee for the city of Bristol for over 40 years retiring 14 years ago. She was awarded The Apple Award for most outstanding Cafeteria employee.  

She is survived by her daughter, Rose Anne Leone and her husband Bill, A son in-law, John Costantiello, a grandson Mark, one great-granddaughter Giovanna and her Mom Dawn, a step grandson, Christopher, , and 2 Step great grandchildren, Emma and Ethan plus several nieces and nephews many cousins and great friends. She was predeceased by a daughter, Connie Costantiello.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on December 18, 2023 at St. Francis de sales parish St. Anthony's Church at 11:00 AM. Friends may call at Dunn funeral home 191 West St., Bristol, CT 06010 on Monday from 8:30 to10:30 AM. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery Bristol CT. WWW.Dunnfh.com
