Angela Spinelli
Angela Spinelli, 83, of 67 Melrose St., Bristol, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008, at Bristol Hospital. She was born June 11, 1925, in Bristol, the daughter of the late V. Lorenzo and Margaret (Daresta) Spinelli. Angela graduated from CCSU and received her master's degree at Columbia College in New York. She worked for the Bristol Board of Education as a English teacher at Bristol Central High School for 33 years, before she retired 22 years ago. She was a member of St. Anthony Church. She loved to spend time at her cottage in Clinton. She is survived by a sister, Antoinette Allegra of Bristol; a nephew, Dr. Peter Allegra and his wife, Julie; a grand-niece, Katrina; and a grand-nephew, Robert. Funeral service and burial will be held Friday at 12:30 p.m. in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Friends May call at Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol, from 11:30 a.m. until time of the service.
