Andrew P. Jacob, 91, of Catherine Drive, Wolcott, widower of Melva Hall Jacob, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2005. He was born in Bristol on April 4, 1914 son of the late John and Sophie Jacob. Before his retirement, he was employed for many years at Wallace Barnes. Mr. Jacob was a member of St. Maria Goretti Church. He is survived by his daughter, Gale Iannicelli of Wolcott; two sisters, Nuba Harden of Southington and Alice Benoit of Bristol. He also leaves two granddaughters, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 17 at 9:30 a.m. from Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol to St. Joseph Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in West Cemetery, Bristol.
